What is the best basketball game for PS3?

I want to get a basketball game for my PS3 but I don’t know which one to get. I either going to get: NBA 08, NBA Live 08, NBA 2K8, NCAA March Madness 08, or College Hoops 2K8. Which one do you think is the best all-around game.
ALSO: Name 3 must have games for PS3 and WHY they are good. I probably already have them but I want your opinion anyway.

I don’t own a PS3, but that doesn’t meen that I can’t help. NBA 2k8 is the way to go, because NBA O8 is considered one of the worst nba games ever on the market. Why? Because nothing is new from last years edition, there is no real dfence, and it is just not worth the money. I don’t know much about NCAA games, but for the pros, go with NBA 2K8.
