Where can i find Constantinos in Bully Scholarship Edition, for the yearbook photo?

I am now in chapter 5 and I completed the “Comic Klepto” mission long ago, like in chapter 2. I got all the other photos except Gary and Zoe, which I know I can’t get until the end of the game.
I know Constantinos is the mascot and also a little kid who is not affiliated with any clique. But I can’t find him in the school, in the dorm, in the gym or even on the football field. The only time I can find him is during the “shootout” match on the basketball court but I cannot snap a photo of him while playing the mini-game. Where can I find him to actually take the picture???

You have to go to the basketball court and snap a picture before you start the mini game or after its over. Its been a while but if I can remember correctly after he appears in the missions he just stays there.

Tackling is allowed like in rugby with some rules attached to it and also the ball is a junior sized football with straps attached to it to be able to pick it up when it is on the ground. It is a fast paced game with teams of 4 players on the field each and is fun to watch.

Vaulting is the last interesting sport to be done on a horse. It is basically doing gymnastics while balancing on a moving horse. Competitions are based on performing compulsory moves and a freestyle routine that keeps in harmony with the horse. It is very popular in Britain and is also done in the United States as well. Just like Horseball, it combines another sport with horseback riding to make it its own unique activity.

There are more equestrian sports as well but these were some of the more unique ones to learn about. As long as horses and people continue to work together, there will be various equestrian activities.

History of the NBA

Dating back to 1946, the National Basketball Association is the newest of the four major North American professional sports leagues.  In that time, it has emerged from a fledgling organization with unknown players to a league with many of the most famous athletes in world history.

The NBA originally began as the Basketball Association of America.  The owners of the major ice hockey arenas in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States and Canada founded it in 1946.  On November 1, 1946, the Toronto Huskies hosted the New York Knickerbockers in what the NBA now regards as the league’s first game.

In August of 1949, the BAA agreed to merge with the National Basketball League.  The new league was renamed as the National Basketball Association.  The NBA had seventeen franchises at its beginning.  The number of teams was trimmed down in subsequent years due to financial concerns, and by the 1953-54 season, there were only eight franchises.  All eight franchises – the Knicks, Celtics, Warriors, Lakers, Royals/Kings, Pistons, Hawks, and Nationals/76ers – are still in existence today.

There were several teams in the early days that played in smaller cities.  These cities included Rochester, Fort Wayne, Syracuse, and “Tri-Cities” (the area now known as the Quad Cities).  All of teams playing in these smaller cities eventually relocated to bigger cities.  Of the originally eight franchises, only the Boston Celtics and the New York Knicks have stayed put.

The early years of the NBA were dominated by the Minneapolis Lakers.  The Lakers were led by center George Mikan. He led the Lakers to five championships.  Mikan was the league’s first dominant player, and the League adopted multiple rule changes strictly because of him. For example, the foul lane was widened to prevent him from being able to stand near the basket for long periods of time.

Another rule inspired by Mikan was the introduction of the shot clock.  The shot clock was a 24-second clock and each time had that amount of time to get a shot off or else they would turn the ball over.  The NBA was having a hard time attracting fans and a big reason was because of the low scoring.  The shot clock would increase the number of shots per game and prevent stalling. Danny Biasone, owner of the Syracuse Nationals, was the first advocate for the shot clock and came up with a formula to get to the 24 seconds that is still used to this day.  He noticed that each team took about 60 shots in games that he enjoyed.  That meant 120 shots per game.  Each game is 48 minutes long – 2,880 seconds.  He divided 2,880 by 120 and got to 24.

The shot clock did in fact lead to more scoring and fan support.  The league gradually became more of an attraction and started to be recognized as a major professional sports league.

The 1960s were dominated by the Boston Celtics.  At one point, they won eight consecutive championships.  They were coached by the legendary Red Auerbach and led on the court by center Bill Russell.  Russell would go on to win 11 championships in his career – more than any other player.

Despite the fact that the NBA is a relatively new league when compared to the MLB, NFL, and NHL, it has a strong history represented by several notable players and teams. Its players now earn more bigger salaries on average than any of the other professional sports leagues – a far cry from the days when players worked other jobs during their playing career to be able to get by.

Setting the Standard

Most coaches in today’s time struggle in this area of getting players to give maximum effort. To get players to give maximum effort all the time, you first have to set the standard as the coach. This begins with meeting with the team at the beginning of the season. In this meeting you will explain your philosophy and what you expect from the team during practices and games. The benefit of addressing everything upfront with your team minimizes the number of players making the excuse of “Coach I didn’t know what you really expected from us”. So now you should have everyone on the same page. However, you are not done you must continue to reiterate you expectation of the team during the practices.

Raising the level of Expectation

The next thing you should focus on is raising the level of expectation of each individual player. When you let every individual player know what your expectations are of them then that gives them something to strive for. A lot of times you have players playing with no expectation for them which results in poor effort in practices and in games. Also when you let the players know one on one what you expect from them it will raise their level expectation of themselves. To have success as a team you need players to have individual success. When everyone has success then the team ultimately has success.

It starts in practice

As the coach it is your job to find ways to organize practice where the players will be challenged. Putting players in situations where they are force to get outside of their comfort zone forces them to go a little hard to accomplish the task at hand.  When the practices are layout where there is no challenge then the players tend to just do enough to get by. Then they try to turn it on in the games, but they find out they can’t the things that they want to do. So they get frustrated and regress instead of progressing. So make it a point to implement challenging drills in your practices.

Showing Your Passion

It will always be the coach’s job to lead by example. And that starts with expressing our passion for the game. The players feed off of our energy, so when we are going hard in practice motivating and pushing them to their max in return they will give the same effort in return. So always remember to lead by example and your team will have success.

Adversity

Adversity, according to dictionary.com, is defined as a condition marked by misfortune, calamity, or distress. I was reading Beyond Basketball: Coach K’s Keywords for Success on adversity, which Mike Krzyzewski mentioned that, “what separates good teams and individuals from great ones is the manner in which they handle adversity.”

I could not have agree more on that. Adversity can certainly be an opportunity for you to grow, to discover about yourself and to breakthrough your limit. In his book, Beyond Basketball, he mentioned that, “whenever I face adversity, I look at the problem and then beyond the problem. I look for the positive impact it will have on me, my team, or my family.”

I would never have truly understood that, not until two years back when I was in Philippines and going through it myself.

I was then in Davao City. The Philippines is divided into three geographical areas: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Davao City is the main city in Mindanao and I heard that it is the largest City in the world by land area. I stayed in Davao City for about 8 months and I loved the city. It has the best of both world. Being a city, it has many facilities that comes with a city and at the same time, you can enjoy peaceful moment at night like in the countryside. Basically it is also a safe place to live in; I remember I was walking alone in the street 2, 3 a.m. in the morning and I did not fear being rob or anything.

And what about this city that taught me to handle adversity? There was once I have to make a trip to a college which is about an hour away by car. I was pretty excited to be given an opportunity to present to a group of students and all the while in the car, I was going through the presentation in my mind and at the same time enjoying the scenic view on the way to the college.

When I reached the college, the students were already in the lecture hall waiting for me to start my presentation. Without any further delay, I set up my projector, the laptop and within minutes, I was good to go. There was only one challenge; the laptop refused to power up. Basically, the laptop had chosen the ‘most appropriate time’ to break down and had it not broken down, I would not have the opportunity to grow.

My presentation slide was in the laptop and even if I had a soft copy of the presentation slide, there was no other computers or laptops which I could use. And so I stood there for a moment facing the group of about 20-30 students and their eyes were all looking at me and waiting for me to start. I had no choice, or rather I was already given a choice; the show must go on.

I saw a whiteboard just besides me, I asked for a few whiteboard markers and so the show began. At first I was worried as I do not know how should I go about the presentation or what should I say. But within five minutes into the presentation, I found that everything just comes to my mind naturally. In fact it was much better I would say, as I was able to make it a more interactive session by engaging the students at some parts of the presentation. Do you think the students enjoyed the session? I certainly believe they did enjoy it.

What occurred that day was not only a learning experience for the students, but also a good learning experience for myself. I remember a quotation that states, “Remember that challenges are not there to stop you. The challenges are there to help you grow.” Similarly, adversity provides us an opportunity not only to grow but also to breakthrough the limits that we set for ourselves.
