Mini Basketball hoop invention

shooting in basketball?
i havent played in 3 weeks. i bought this mini hoop
(for my room, ball is about size of an grapefruit)
and i use tht for the month to increase my hand eye coordination.
now when i go back to play bball i cant shoot aswell like i feel weak but i noticed my shooting was better than b4. but i still feel weak like i have to use all my arm strength to shoot.
( i was playin in the cold weather btw)
dont listen to these other guys there a bunch of rookies
first off keep the fundamentals in mind .. elbow in, your elbow must be lined up with the hoop at all times, get a good jump with both legs, and use your “swan” technique
the swan is the high arc on your arm wit the snap of the rist wen u get to the top of your shot
as long as u dont get lazy and keep that elbow in then you should be fine
practice this simple shooting method and your shot will be dead on eveytime
also keep your confidense at a high level as well
everytime you step on the court you have to believe your the best player on the court i dont care whos on the other team your always the best player out there
Good Luck
