I have a court and the Backboard broke so we order a new one and i have a socket kit to take it off but it just seems like it not moving i think it because it have a thing in between it and i need to know how to remove it so i can put the backboard

Is it rusted up? You’ll need to soak it with Liquid Wrench. You might have to use vice grips rather than sockets.
